U Brown

Veteran Deejay inspired by U Roy, he started his career in the mid 70's as resident deejay on many sounds like Roots Socialist or the legendary Tubby's Hi Fi before starting to record for the most wanted Kingston labels. He released many LPs and 45 in this period eventually getting deals with Virgin and Trojan plus also launching his own Hitsound label. Due to his European success U Brown resettled in London in the 90s where he has been recording new tracks for labels like Jah Warrior or Patate Records.
